Please note:
- Opening hours: The keys are handed over between 17:00 and 20:00. If you prefer an earlier entrance, you can hire the priority entrance for 25 €; and if you need to enter later, check the options on 964 888 800. The return of the keys in our office is done before 11h. If you want to leave later, you can ask us the day before your departure.
- Extras: Sheets and towels are not included, you can bring them from home or rent them with us for 8 € per person for the whole stay. You can also rent a cot for the little ones for 25 € for the whole stay.
- Pets: Your pets are welcome in our flat at no extra cost. As we don't charge anything, we only ask that you do not leave any hair in the flat when you leave, either on the floor or on the furniture, sofas, beds, etc.
- Deposit: Upon arrival, we will ask you for a deposit of 120 € which we will block on your credit card for security. Don't worry, we won't charge it, we will just block it. If your card is a credit card, this block will last 7 days, and if it is a debit card, it may take a little longer. Check with your bank for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The amount refundable depends on the cancellation policy defined in the rental announcement of each flat.

The tariff conditions defined below are only valid for bookings made on the website www.ciudaddevacaciones.com.
Bookings made directly through other portals will be governed by the cancellation policies already accepted on those portals.

It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance. In the event of any cancellation of a booking at one of our accommodations the following cancellation conditions will apply:

Cancellation Policy for Non-refundable rate
If you cancel the booking at any time the penalty is 30% of the total amount of the booking.

Cancellation Policy for Refundable rate within 30 days of arrival
If you cancel your booking at least 31 days before the arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge.
If you cancel the reservation within 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the penalty is 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

In the event of a booking cancellation, ACV will always apply the accepted cancellation conditions and will not refund penalty amounts under any circumstances.

- Special cancellation policies

Natural disasters and other unforeseeable events
If natural disasters (avalanches, snowstorms, cyclone, hurricane, earthquake, flood, landslide), war, terrorism or nuclear accidents make it impossible for the host to fulfil their booking obligations (and it can be demonstrated that no similar alternative accommodation is available) the guest will be refunded 100% of the total amount paid.
